Question: Do you charge for parking?
Answer: NO, we NEVER charge for parking! We operate a Haunted House not a parking lot. Parking is Free.

Question: Do you accept credit cards?
Answer: Yes, we accept VISA and MasterCard with a valid photo ID.

Question: Do you have a military discount?
Answer: Yes we appreciate all military service and give discounts with a current ID at ticket sales.

Question: Do you have an ATM?
Answer: Yes we do.

Question: Are there prices for children?
Answer: Yes on the Hayride ONLY children 5 and under are free.
No for haunted houses and maze, they are NOT recommended for children under the age of 6, so we do NOT offer children prices. Children are the same price as an adult ticket.

Question: Is there an age limit or min. age at the Hanna Haunted Acres?
Answer: No, however we do not recommend Hanna Haunted Acres for small children! As a parent you know your child best and how they will react. So you be the judge. If you wouldn’t bring your child to a Scary Movie, then it's probably not a good idea to bring them to Hanna Haunted Acres. We do not recommend Hooded for anyone under the age of 13.

Question: Is your attractions Handicap accessible?
Answer: Yes all walking attractions are Handicap accessible, but for safety reasons we do need everyone to sit down completely on the hayride and able to get on and off the hayride wagon which involves at least three steps on your own power.

Question: Will the actors touch us, or can we touch the actors?
Answer: Actors will not touch you in any of our haunts except for hooded. You will have to sign a waiver in hooded which allowes us to touch you. Please reciprocate this same courtesy and refrain from touching, grabbing, or hitting any of our actors in all of our attractions. Hanna Haunted Acres strictly enforces a Zero Tolerance policy for violence against our actors.

Question: It's raining, are you open?
Answer: We try to be an all weather attraction but can close due to bad weather at any time, we will post a notice if we close any of our haunts on our home page. Any unused haunts tickets are good any night we are open for the season. Please remember this is a working farm and dress accordingly.
Under Indiana law, an agritourism provider is not liable for an injury to, or the death of, a participant in agritourism activities at this location if the death or injury results from the inherent risks of agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include risks of injury inherent to land, equipment, and animals as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death, or for other participants to act in a manner that may cause you injury or cause your death. You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity.

Question: Is it scary?
Answer: Ummm, It is a haunted house. The intent is to scare you, startle you, make you jump and yes make you smile and shake your head. If you didn’t get scared, you will at least be sure to have a good time while at Hanna Haunted Acres.

Question: Can we get our money back if it is too scary?
Answer: It is a haunted house. If you are scared we did our job. Thank You! All sales are final.

Question: Do you have a concession?
Answer: Yes and I've heard the hot chocolate also works as good hand warmers.

Question: Do you have security?
Answer: Yes we have plain clothed, undercover, and uniformed police officers on site. In every attraction, we have closed circuit video monitoring. We also have an EMT on staff.

Question: Will we get our money back if we make it all the way through?
Answer: No. The haunted house that gives you your money back if you make it to the end does not exist. It is a myth/urban legend.

Question: Are there restrictions for people who are pregnant or have other health problems?
Answer: Please consult your doctor to find out whether intense experiences, including loud noises, fog machines, strobe lights and electric shock are appropriate for your condition.

Question: I lost my cell phone/jewelry/ticket/etc. in one of your attractions. Can you help me find it?
Answer: We are not responsible for any personal items that are lost or broken inside our attractions. If you bring personal items, please leave them in your car, or make sure they are securely in your pockets at all times. We may or may not be able to search for lost items right away, and many items may not be found until the lights are turned back on at the end of the night. If you think you have dropped an item inside one of our attractions, please email us at info@hannahauntedacres.com. Please include as many details as possible, including your contact information so we can let you know if the item has been found. Dropped cell phones and other items are often trampled by other customers due to the dark environment.
